電熔白色氧化鋁砂16#是剛玉的一種，氧化鋁含量99%以上。噴砂用氧化鋁砂的粒徑范圍經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格控制，使磨粒大小控制在一定范圍內(nèi)。噴砂后產(chǎn)生表面一致的粗糙度。白剛玉韌性好，研磨能力強，自銳性好，噴射到噴砂工件表面時，通過氣流的沖擊力，工件撞擊出凹痕。鈍化后的噴砂表面有利于后續(xù)噴漆的油漆保持把持力。白剛玉噴砂磨粒還具有噴砂效率高，利用率高的優(yōu)點。

White fused aluminum oxide 16# is a type of corundum, with an alumina content of over 99%. The particle size range of aluminum oxide sand used for sandblasting is strictly controlled, ensuring that the abrasive particle size is controlled within a certain range. After sandblasting, a consistent surface roughness is produced. White corundum has good toughness, strong grinding ability, and good self sharpening. When sprayed onto the surface of sandblasted workpieces, the impact force of the airflow causes the workpieces to collide with dents. The sandblasted surface after passivation is beneficial for maintaining the grip of subsequent paint spraying. White alumina sandblasting abrasive particles also have the advantages of high sandblasting efficiency and high utilization rate.

電熔氧化鋁砂的特性：
1.    白剛玉顯微硬度20.58Gpa,維氏硬度2200-2400kg/mm2，莫氏硬度9.0。可噴砂于大部分金屬、鑄鋼件、鑄鐵件、有色金屬合金材料、含鉻含錳含鎢鉬金屬、玻璃和其他非金屬材料。
2.    白剛玉研磨能力強，噴砂效率高，由于具有很強的自銳性，不會對噴砂表面造成燒*氧化。
3.    白鋼玉還可以直接用于研磨拋光，表面處理，噴砂除銹等領(lǐng)域，可用于干式和濕式噴砂，表面拋毛拋光，噴涂前表面處理鈍化等領(lǐng)域。
4.    白鋼玉氧化鋁的純度高，主要晶相時α相的氧化鋁。雜質(zhì)少，磁性物含量低，噴砂后不會產(chǎn)生化學(xué)殘留，可用于醫(yī)藥、航空、食品領(lǐng)域機械部件的噴砂。
